Disposable Underpad

A multi-scenario disposable protective pad designed for leak-proof care, mainly used to protect mattresses, sofas, chairs, and car seats from liquid contamination. It solves problems such as bedwetting (elderly/infants), post-operative wound exudate leakage, menstrual side leakage, and accidental liquid spills. Suitable for bedridden elderly, post-operative patients, infants (0-3 years old), women during menstruation, and people with mobility impairments. Meets daily home care, hospital care, travel, and temporary protection needs.

• 4-Layer High-Efficiency Absorbent Structure: Combines imported superabsorbent polymer (SAP) + high-density fluff pulp + hydrophilic diversion layer + non-woven surface. It can quickly absorb 500-800ml of liquid (adjusted by size) within 5 seconds, lock moisture tightly without reverse osmosis, and keep the surface dry for 6-8 hours—effectively preventing mattress/sofa from being wetted.

• Reinforced Leak-Proof Design:

• 8cm high 3D 立体防漏边 (3D raised leak-proof edges), fitting the edge of the pad to block side leakage when liquid overflows;

• 0.15mm thick PE waterproof bottom film (food-grade safety standard), with zero liquid penetration. Even if the pad is fully saturated, it will not seep into the mattress, avoiding mold or odor caused by dampness;

• Diamond-shaped diversion grooves on the surface, guiding liquid to spread evenly to the entire absorbent area, avoiding local saturation and edge leakage.

• Infant Care: Use small-size pads (45cm×60cm) as diaper pads or changing mats. It prevents urine from leaking onto the crib mattress during diaper changes, and can also be placed in strollers/car seats for outdoor use.

• Post-Operative Care: Suitable for patients with wound exudate (e.g., abdominal surgery, orthopedic surgery). Place medium/large pads on hospital beds or wheelchairs to isolate exudate and avoid wound infection caused by dampness.

• Women's Menstrual Care: Use small-size pads on the bed or sofa during menstruation. It prevents menstrual side leakage or overnight leakage from soiling the mattress, avoiding the trouble of cleaning blood stains.

• Travel & Temporary Protection: Carry small/medium pads when traveling. Place them on hotel mattresses, car seats, or train seats to prevent accidental liquid spills (e.g., beverages) or temporary incontinence—ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
